Claims & Prize Payout
Last updated 8 September 2026
Oasis Play does not run accounts or wallets, and we do not chase you with marketing. Your ticket and your 8-character transaction code are what prove a play belongs to you — keep them safe and private.
Start a claim
Won a prize? Send us your payout request with the details from your ticket and we take it from there.
Keep your ticket private
Never share your ticket image or transaction code with anyone. A prize is paid to the first person who claims it with the ticket, the matching transaction code and identity documents that pass our checks. If you forward, post or publish your ticket, someone else may be able to claim in your place, and we cannot reverse that payout.
What you receive after paying
As soon as your payment succeeds we send your ticket to you by email and WhatsApp. The ticket shows your numbers and Oasis Ball, the draw date or dates it covers, the number of weeks you played, the exact time of payment, the name you gave, the total paid, and your unique 8-character transaction code.
Save the image and the code somewhere you will still have them weeks later. We treat that pair as your proof of play.
How long a ticket is valid
A ticket is valid for the draw or draws printed on it. If you played several consecutive weeks — for example one, two, three or four Thursday draws — the ticket covers each of those draws and the last date shown is its final draw.
A claim must reach us within 90 days after the draw date on which the prize was won, and always within the official operator’s own claim period for that draw, whichever ends first. After that the prize can no longer be claimed.
No accounts, no wallet, no cold contact
There is no player account and no balance held with us. We do not keep a marketing list and we will not call, message or email you to tell you that you have won or to sell you anything. Order records exist only so a claim can be verified, and are kept no longer than our accounting and legal duties require.
Always check the published results yourself on our Results page or with the official operator.
How to make a claim
Contact us through greenbloomglobal.org and provide:
- your 8-character transaction code;
- the ticket image we sent you;
- the phone number and email address used when the ticket was bought;
- the full name given on the order;
- a government-issued photo ID proving you are that person and at least 18 years old.
We cross-check every item against our record of the order. A claim is only accepted when the transaction code, phone number and name all match. If any of them do not match, we cannot pay out.
Payout — we pay by PayPal
Prizes are funded by the official lottery operator. Once your claim passes verification we claim the prize as your agent and send it to you in full, without deduction, to your PayPal account. We do not need your bank account details.
A PayPal account is registered with either an email address or a mobile number — that is all we need to send the money, usually within a few minutes of approval. Please make sure the PayPal account belongs to the person named on the order; we cannot pay a third party.
Larger prizes may have to be claimed by you in person where the official operator requires it; in that case we make the physical ticket available to you.
Any tax or reporting duty arising on a prize in your country of residence is yours to handle.
Frequently asked questions
I lost the email and the WhatsApp message. Can you resend my ticket? Tell us your transaction code and the phone number used, and we can re-send the same ticket to that number. Without the code we cannot identify your play.
Somebody has my ticket image. What now? Contact us immediately, before the draw if possible, with your transaction code. Once a prize has been paid on a verified claim it cannot be recovered.
Will you tell me if I won? No. We do not contact players proactively. Check the numbers on your ticket against the published results.
Can someone else claim on my behalf? Only the person named on the order can be paid, after identity verification.
