Oasis Play is a lottery ticket procurement and courier service. Oasis Play / Green Bloom Global LLC does not sell, issue, operate or conduct lottery games. It acts solely as a purchasing agent instructed by the customer to procure an official lottery ticket from an authorised lottery retailer.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of the official O! Millionaire lottery, its operator or any regulator. We do not conduct draws, do not determine winning numbers and do not pay prizes from our own funds.

The amount you pay is the retail price of the ticket you asked us to procure together with our service fee, as itemised before payment. It is not a wager, stake or bet placed with us.

The official operator’s own rules govern the draw, the prize table and the validity of every ticket. Where our information differs from the official operator’s published results, the official results prevail.

Procurement / Courier Service: the service by which we receive your order, purchase an official ticket matching your instructions from an authorised retailer, hold it securely, send you a digital copy, and assist with a prize claim.

Purchasing agent: we act on your instructions and for your account. The ticket is procured for you; the beneficial owner of the ticket and of any prize won on it is you, the customer who placed and paid for the order.

Order: your instruction to us to procure one or more tickets with the numbers and for the draw(s) you selected.

You appoint us as your agent for the limited purpose of purchasing and holding the ticket described in your order. We hold each ticket, or the record of it, for you and not for our own benefit. We do not acquire any interest in a ticket or in a prize, other than the service fee you have already paid.

You are responsible for the numbers and draw you instruct us to buy. We do not advise on number selection and no outcome is promised.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in lottery games in your country of residence. By placing an order you confirm this is the case. We may refuse or cancel any order, and may request proof of identity and age before releasing a prize.

An order becomes binding once your payment is completed and we send you a ticket confirmation containing your transaction code, numbers and draw date. Orders must be received before the ticket cut-off ahead of the Thursday 20:00 GST draw; anything received later is entered into the following draw.

Please check your confirmation immediately. If the numbers, draw or number of lines are wrong, contact us before the draw so we can correct or cancel the order.

Each line costs USD 1.40 per draw. That amount covers the retail price of the official ticket we procure for you plus our procurement and courier fee, and includes the contribution to the Oasis Park tree planting programme. The total shown before payment is the amount you pay, and payment is taken at the time of the order.

Payment is consideration for a procurement service. It is not a stake, wager or deposit held by us, and it does not entitle you to anything beyond the ticket you instructed us to buy.

Because a ticket is purchased on your behalf shortly after your order, orders cannot normally be cancelled once the ticket has been bought. If we are unable to purchase your ticket for a draw for any reason, we refund the full amount paid for that line to the original payment method.

Prizes are determined and funded by the official lottery operator according to its published prize table for the relevant draw. We do not pay prizes from our own funds; as your agent we claim or assist you in claiming the prize and forward it to you in full, without deduction.

We notify winners using the email address and WhatsApp number given at checkout and remit the prize to the person named on the order, after identity and age verification. Larger prizes may need to be claimed by you in person where the official operator requires it; in that case we make the physical ticket available to you.

Prize payouts may be subject to the official operator’s claim periods and to taxes or reporting duties in your country. You are responsible for any tax arising on a prize.

Your ticket and its 8-character transaction code are the proof of your play. You must keep them private and must not share, forward or publish them. A prize is paid to the first person who presents the ticket and matching transaction code and passes our identity and age checks; once such a claim has been paid it cannot be reversed, and we are not liable for a loss caused by you disclosing your ticket or code.

A ticket is valid for the draw or draws shown on it. A claim must reach us within 90 days of the relevant draw date and within the official operator’s own claim period for that draw, whichever ends first.

We verify every claim by cross-checking the transaction code, the phone number and email used at purchase and the name on the order. There is no player account or wallet, and we do not contact players proactively about results. Full details are on our Claims & Prize Payout page.

You must give accurate contact details and keep them current — we cannot pay a prize we cannot deliver a notification for. You may not use the service on behalf of anyone under 18 or for any unlawful purpose.

We take reasonable care to place every order correctly. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, plus any prize actually won on a ticket we failed to purchase after taking your payment. We are not liable for the acts, delays or decisions of the official lottery operator.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Green Bloom Global LLC is registered.
