When you place an order we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the numbers and draws you played, the payment amount, the time of payment and your transaction code. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

We also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which we use for security and to limit abuse of the ticket delivery function.

We use your data to buy the ticket you ordered, to send you your ticket by email and WhatsApp, to contact you about a draw or a prize, to prevent fraud and underage play, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.

We share only what is necessary with the official lottery operator (to buy and claim your ticket), our payment provider, our messaging provider (Twilio, for WhatsApp delivery) and our hosting and database provider. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Ticket images are stored in private storage and shared only through temporary links sent to you. Order records are kept for as long as required for prize claims, accounting and legal purposes, and deleted afterwards.

Our service is operated from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent to WhatsApp messages at any time. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

We use only the storage strictly needed to keep your ticket slip and session working while you play. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
